Lastly, they discuss the question of legislative protection of virtual property.Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the concept of virtual property. This dissertation points out that virtual property always refers to the property in the virtual world, and the virtual world refers to Internet virtual world. For the sake of the analysis of the legal attribute of virtual property, we must distinguish the meaning of thing and behavior in the real world between the meaning of thing and behavior in the virtual world. Thing and behavior in the virtual world are protected by the law in the real world, because of their meaning in the real world.Secondly, this dissertation concentrates on the analysis of the meaning of virtual equipment in the Internet games in the real world. This dissertation points out that there are three meaning of. virtual equipment in the Internet games in the real world. They are specific information, intellective production and the warrant of obligation. This dissertation indicates that virtual equipment in the Internet games is not able to treat as resincorporales, because of its natural attribute of information. And, the obligation here has its characteristic of " propretilization of obligation" .Lastly, this dissertation discusses the question of the property attribute of virtual property. This dissertation indicates that some of virtual properties have the attribute of property in the real world, and some of virtual properties don't have it. Strictly speaking, virtual equipment in the Internet games is not property in the real world. According to custom, virtual equipment in the Internet games can be deemed as property in the real world.
