Research On The Leadership Functions Of Party Community In The Process Of University's Modernization Advancement

The thesis focuses on the leadership functions of the university's Party Community with the background of the construction of modernization of the universities. The research on the university's modernization is a systematic project, including many facets of the university, among which there is an important sub-system of modernization of the university management that is worth our studying empathetically. The university structure in China is the responsibilities of the president under the leadership of the party community. The Party Community is in the core of the leadership. To carry out the modernization of the university management is necessary to make a research on the modernization of the leadership of the Party Community. The paper focuses on the three core problems in the process of the modernization of the Party Community, that is, ideas of leadership, the mechanism of the leadership, and the construction of the leadership of the Party Community itself, in a hope to advance the research on the modernization of the leadership of the Party Community in the universities.The main research ideas of the paper are based on the theories of modernization, the science of leadership, the political parties and the implementation of the Party policies. The paper begins from the survey and analysis of the leadership functions of the Party Community in the process of the modernization of the universities to further assertion the significance of persisting in and strengthening the leadership of the Party Community in the process of the modernization of the universities and to analyze and explain the leading position of the Party Community and how to improve and optimize the leadership of the Party Community. The most important part of the paper is to put forward some concrete suggestions and measures on how to further transform the ideas of the leadership, how to enhance the leadership capability of the Party Community, how to perfect and optimize the mechanism of the Party Community. Theoretically speaking, the paper opens a new view about the research on leadership of the Party Community in the universities, widens the new fields of theoretical research on the university's modernization of the management so as to provide the new ideas for the further research in the future.
