It provides safer and more efficient means of payment for the buyers and sellers from different nations and regions, which is called life line of international business. As the developing of the foreign trade in our country, the application of letter of credit also goes more extensive. At the same time the dispute cases immediately produced and combined fast fierce development. Because in our country there is no local lawmaking concerning letter of credit, and the letter of credit involves complicated law relations, we meet some problems in taking up the case process of the letter of credit dispute .
