The WTO Dispute Settlement Mechanism

As a member of WTO, China is being influenced and will be in future by the WTO law and its systems in nearly every aspects especially foreign trade, policies of government, law-making,even citizens'life etc.Thus,it is necessary for china to promote the reseach of the WTO systems especially the WTO dispute settlement system, which China is influenced most by as the most terribly injured country of antidumping in all WTO member country. The author expect to give some appropriate suggestions for China through analysis of the developing process of the dispute settlement system,its basic procedures and characteristics.
