The Research Of Countmeasure On Present Credit Card Crime

In this theme, the definition of studied was studied first, and as focused on whether the bank cards, which are not allowed to be overdrawn, are of the category of credit card criminally, it was classified for certain types. Based on the premise that the definition of the crime of credit card is clear, the features, developing tendencies and the main method of committing the crime was analyzed in the theme, complying with statistics and case s. Further more, the causes was stated about weakness of issuing and risk control of the credit cards, kickbacks of an incomplete system and bad habits of holders, failures of issuing banks'internal administration and leaks of merchant management, which made a dramatic increase on credit card fraud.How to prevent the credit card crime effectively, which was discussed in the theme both from the development of legislation and common prevention strategy. While admitting the positive side of the Amendment of Criminal Law V on striking credit card crime, several suggestions were raised to further complete the legislation in accordance to the judicial practice. Besides, it was also studied about the common strategies of how to complete relevant financial legislation and regulation about credit card system, to enhance the construction of concerning technology, physical prevention and risk control system, to establish personal credit system of residents, enforcing share and communication of information and improve the risk awareness of card holders.
