The Research On Legislation Of Chinese Private Equity Fund

The development of Chinese private equity is the result of requirement for capital market. Both the global trend and reality of china raise a requirement of development of private equity. So it is very important for our country's legislation on private equity.This paper sets forth on the analysis of development of private equity funds in China, comparing the legislation of different countries, and comments on the problems of private equity funds in our capital market at the present. At last, this article brings forward some suggestion of our private equity legislation. In order to perfect Chinese private equity funds regulation system, legislative suggestions are provided as follow: perfect relevant law concerning the organization forms, investor's qualification and placement method of private equity funds as soon as possible,so that we can meet the challenge from international capital.
