| The charge on the copyright of kala ok as one of top ten events in 2006 arose broad attention and debate. This article will try to analyze the focus of the event from four aspects: legal foundation,legal doubt of the charge main body,the standard of charge,the distribution and supervision of the charge. The aim of the paper is to discuss the flaws of karaoke copyright protection in order to clarify and solve this issue, break the formulation of unilaterally rule-constituting by government or superior constitution, activate the enthusiasm and awareness of civilians and civil groups to participate in law-constituting, awaken their consciousness of intellectual copyright and to greatest extent protect the rights of obligee and the interests customers.
