Value Analysis And Jurisprudence Suggestions On Protection Of Law Of Vulnerable Groups

At present, the problem of vulnerable groups is standing out in our country. The research on the problem of vulnerable groups in law perspective has great theoretical significance. Only have we deep cognition about these problems in theoretical perspective, we can solve these problems better in practice. There is a profound support of jurisprudence in protection of law of vulnerable groups. Value of law has eternal theoretical significance to development of law, and becomes the impetus of practice of law for perfection, for its property of absolute surpassing direction. However, the research on law value and jurisprudence foundation of protection of law of vulnerable is still imperfect in our country. Based on this realization, the paper will mainly discuss law value on protection of law of vulnerable groups, and on the argument stated above, the paper will try to advance some suggestions useful for protection of law of vulnerable groups from the view of jurisprudence.The first chapter of the paper will discuss implication of vulnerable groups from the perspective of sociology and law. This section will mainly discuss implication of vulnerable groups in law from the perspective of right.The second chapter of the paper will respectively discuss law value on equality, human rights, interest, justice, monocracy and harmony of protection of law of vulnerable groups.The third chapter of the paper will discuss the clash of law value of protection of law of vulnerable groups and point out that the value of equality and justice is more important. Therefore, it is necessary to insist the choice of value in practice. This section will also advance a principle of protection of law of vulnerable groups, which means the country gives different protection to different classifications of vulnerable groups. On the argument stated above, the paper will advance some concrete suggestions of protection of law of vulnerable groups from the view of legislation, judicatory, supporting measures, and quality defection of vulnerable groups themselves on the existing problems of protection of law of vulnerable groups.
