Law Belief And The Achievement Of Law Belief

Governing the country according to law has become one of our country's state-managing strategy and will be carried through lastingly. The law and order is becoming the main value preference nowadays, therefore, as an important integrating element, law belief has been becoming one of Chinese academic circle's hot topics. To study the law belief has not only academic values, but also referential significance in guiding the strategy of governing the country according to law. Current studies on law belief focus on the following problems, such as whether law belief is rational, whether law belief is applicable in China, or what is the object of law belief, etc. This thesis comparatively analyzes both Chinese and Western law believes in ancient, neoteric and modem times and expatiates the connotation, object, and significance of law belief and how to put it into practice. What's more, this thesis also points out that law belief is quite important for ruling the country by law and suggests that great attentions should be paid to law belief nowadays and we should raise the citizen's awareness of law belief and then create a kind of healthy, powerful and harmonious social environment for development.
