Research Into The Construction Of Legitimacy Of Chinese Communist Party's Partial Governance In Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region During The War Of Resistance Against Japan

In the process of the partial governance in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the War of Resistance against Japan, Chinese Communist Party led the soldiers and cibvilians in the region to carry out construction in politics, economy and culture, and achieved great success, successfully constructed the legitimacy of its governance. Deepening the research into the construction of legitimacy of Chinese Communist Party's partial governance in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the War of Resistance against Japan is of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper can be divided into three parts:Part One gives a brief intoduction to Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region. This part summaries that this region was the "Lighthouse" and the "Sacred Place of Revolution" during the War of Resistance against Japan, the experimental area of the construction of New Democracy State Power, it occupies an important position in China's Modern Revolutionary History.Part two is about the construction of legitimacy of Chinese Communist Party's partial governance in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the War of Resistance against Japan. This part deals with how Chinese Communist Party made correct governance concepts, scientific ruling style, outstanding achgievements as the core and basis of theconstruction of legitimacy. Just because Chinese Communist Party set up its right ruling ideology, persisted in scientific ruling style, the living standard of the people in the region were improved greatly, thus an efficient and incorrectible regime system was set up, winning the favor of the majority of the people in the region, successfully constructing the legitimacy of partial governance in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.Part three gives the practical consideration of the successful construction of legitimacy of Chinese Communist Party's partial governance in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region. On the basis of the successful experience of the construction of legitimacy of Chinese Communist Party's partial governanc in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region, this part provides reference for strengthening the administration power of our party. This is the secondary focal point and the creative point of this paper.
