Patent Restoration Rules

With economic development, Patent rights in the economy is playing an increasingly important role. This will play a great role of encouraging the enthusiasm of inventor. However, with the constant improvement in the patent system, the increasing complexity of patent procedures, time delays lead to the loss of patent rights more and more, in order to provide effective way for the right people to relief right, it is necessary to further improve to resume patent right system in our country.The thesis introduces theory of restoration of the patent rights. By analyzing legislation on patent rights restoring system in national organizations or other countries, and summed up restoration of the patent rights of China's system of comprehensive legislation Enlightenment.Through our patent system for the restoration of the rights issue, the author puts forward specific procedures to protect the interests of rights to provide the basis and encourages more people to invent and create, I believe we can achieve the ideal of the China's intellectual property rights.
