On Constructing The System Of Victim-Offender Reconciliation In Our Country

Recently, judicial authority has taken out many attempts about the victim-offender-reconciliation. But the lack of accordant rules has resulted in the confusion in practice. This thesis is talking about the possibility and the reality meaning of the construction of Victim-Offender Reconciliation theory in our country from the aspect of the origin of Victim-Offender Reconciliation, the development and the basis of the theory and the basis of the theory in our country. On this basis, the author explains how to carry out the theory in our country ,and puts forward the available scope of Victim-Offender Reconciliation and the procedures. The author holds the opinion that Victim-Offender Reconciliation should be presided by People's Mediation Committee during the examination and prosecution, being supervised by Procuratorial organs,so that the justice of both the malefactor and victim can be achieved.
