The Researches On Consumer Privacy Protection Laws

There was no concept of rights in ancient China, and human right in this concept was unheard of in ancient China. China has made substantial progress in the human rights practice since the reform and opening up, but so far consumer privacy protection law in China is a blank. In recent years, especially since China's entry into WTO, this issue attracts domestic economic law scholars'universal attention. The top priority to the protection of consumer privacy is to develop personal information privacy protection law, which has become the mainstream view. This paper believes that personal information and data should be protected and not be malicious abuse if unauthorized, thereby consumer privacy can be protected, which is very important. However, it is unrealistic and impossible to achieve absolute security and completely avoid acts that violate safety. On the basis of comparing and empirical methods, summarizing scholars'theoretical researches and results, analyzing the consumer privacy protection condition of China and learning from the world's major countries(region) legislation and judicial practice, from the relation between the privacy and the consumer privacy, this paper mainly studies the legal theoretical base and social values of consumer privacy protection, the necessity of China's establishing consumer privacy protection, and improves the researches on China's consumer privacy protection, from personal credit, e-commerce and finance, which can be beneficial to promoting further theoretical researches on China's consumer privacy protection, the gradual improvement on related legislation and justice, and promoting the construction of laws.
