Essentially, it is a conflict between adaptability and stability for constitution, and that the constitution amendment owning a merit in abating the conflicts. The constitution amendment is an exertion of power, and the finitude of constitution amendment derives from that power's inherent dilation, latent menace and viewpoint of constitutionalism to protect human.Not only the internal demand in theory, but also setting down and putting in force to constitution articles, the finitude of constitution amendment locates on basilic status. There is a significant positivism referenced value to settle and analyze constitution articles. On the aspect of positivism analysis, the finitude of constitution amendment can be divided into procedure finitude and entitative finitude.
