Study On Chen Yun Policy-Making Thoughts And It's Contemporary Value

Comrade Chen Yun is a great proletarian revolutionary and statesman who had founded a set of systematic science policy-making procedure and brought forward the thought of about some policy-making problem in the long rang leader practice which called the thoght of Chen Yun . It has made gigantic contribution to the public administration of our country and established the scientific theory basis and provided the practice example to our country.
