The Mechanism Construction Study Of College Students Volunteer Service In Large-scale Activities

In many different types of volunteering services, most of them were arisen as the city's internationalization. In the promotion of enormous social demands, the multi-field and open patterns of large-scale activities volunteer services were formed gradually. University students participated in the volunteer service through large-scale activities, and improved their quality of training young college students; furthermore, the large-scale activities promoted the spirit of cities, and produced an extensive and positive effect. But as a new phenomenon, china's large-scale activities volunteer service is still in the initial stage, and many mechanisms faced great difficulties whether training, recruitment, organization or management of the volunteers. How to make large-scale activities of university students in volunteer service mechanisms a higher level became the necessary requirement of college moral education and urban development. Therefore, this paper gave some useful discussion.The paper is divided into four parts:1. The origin and status quo of college students volunteer service is presented, and the concept of voluntary service is also defined, furthermore, its importance and value is also carried out. The paper originated from the study and definition of western voluntary service, and clear goal-oriented large-scale activities expand continuously and developed widely on the basis of more professional in service area, and high level of signs, revelation of the procedures compared with other volunteer services. In this paper, large-scale activities started from the value of college students volunteering, according to the partition of main and object of volunteer services the economic, social and educational value of large-scale college students' volunteer service activities is analyzed aiming at to demonstrate the voluntary service mechanisms significance to large-scale activities.2. Through field research the first-hand materials were obtained and the mentality of college students volunteer were also described and analyzed in the existing mechanism of voluntary services. The method of combination of survey, practical research and theoretical study with Minhang city university of Shanghai JiaoTong University and East China Normal University students as research objects, through the volunteer activities for the mentality in the face of difficulties, the legitimate right to maintain and the awareness of the significance of volunteer reflect the current state of service mechanism, and provided a strong argument for the next operation of the mechanism issues.3. Some problems in mechanism of large-scale voluntary service activities were analyzed with the use of SWOT method through the mentality of college students volunteer. The advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and shortcomings of large-scale college students' volunteer service mechanism are also studied on the basis of the current large-scale activities reflected by college students volunteer.4. The college students' volunteer service mechanism countermeasures were analyzed. Based on the analysis of the results, around the college students' voluntary service mechanism construction of large-scale activities, from the schools themselves how to guide students and the community or relevant government departments, organizations activities of sponsors how to improve the organization mechanism, incentive mechanism, the operational mechanism and management mechanism the corresponding recommendations were also presented in details.
