Plight And Countermeasure Of Chinese Lawyers Profession

Since reform and opening up,as China's implementation of the strategy of governing the country according to law,the lawyers system have been recovered and developed,and the members are also rapidly expanding.Lawyers are increasingly becoming an important class in the country's social groups,and it play an important role in strengthening socialist democracy,improving the socialist legal system,promoting the rule of law, promoting the development of socialist market economy,maintaining social fairness and justice and promoting social harmony.However,due to various reasons,there are still many places not satisfactory in China' s lawyer profession,which demonstrated by the political status of lawyers in China is still relatively low and not respected;they practice risk is high and their practice rights are restricted;the case source of most lawyers is comparatively fewer and their income is not high;lawyers internal management mechanism is relatively backward,and has many drawbacks.The plight of these lawyer profession has been seriously affected not only the legal profession in our country to further their own development,but also for hindering China's current implementation of the strategy of governing the country according to law and building a socialist political civilization, and to build a harmonious society.Therefore,it must be addressed.This paper mainly from China's lawyer profession two of the external and internal perspective of the lawyer profession in our country the plight of the status quo,causes, and in this proposed on the basis of the lawyer profession to address the plight of our countermeasures.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly expounding China's legal profession and the plight of the causes for the status quo;the second chapter to the fifth chapter is the main body of this paper,it focused on the measures about resolving the plight of our lawyer profession. It proposed that we can solve the plight of lawyers from improving the system of lawyers in politics,modifying the laws which restrict the rights of China's legal lawyers, strengthening the legal services market dominant position,improving the internal management mechanism four-pronged.
