The Research On Professional Admittance System Of Chinese Prosecutor

China is on the way to legal society, and this requires a large number of high-level, multi-skill legal talents to engage in judge, prosecutor, lawyer and other legal profession. Engaging in the legal profession needs a strict professional admittance system. This thesis plans to research on the professional admittance system of prosecutor.In recent years, professional admittance system of Chinese prosecutor is approaching to standardization and institutionalization gradually, the related law has made the stipulations to the professional admittance system of prosecutor. The system is stricter than in the past .But as a result of law crudeness and problems in practice, there are still many shortcomings need to be improved urgently.In recent years, domestic academics is gradually deep research on the legal professional admittance system , academics has carried on the beneficial discussion for the legal professional admittance system . But, the author found that the discussion is stress on professional admittance system of judge and attorney, the research results on the professional admittance system of prosecutor are relatively few .Therefore, it is necessary to enlarge the research on professional admittance system of prosecutor.Through judicial examination is the first condition to engage in the prosecutor career, however, there are other conditions in addition, such as the provincial unified recruitment examination system. Whether it is necessary to establish a numerous thresholds, and whether it is advantageous in improving the quality of the prosecutors. Whether judicial examination is the scope of the examination system or the professional admittance system, how to link up the judicial examination and the provincial unified recruitment examination. The author intend to take these issues as innovation and key points of research.This thesis plans to take the present situation of professional admittance system of prosecutor as a master line , using research techniques such as investigation, visit , and unifies the information which came from the practice in procuratorate . In order to carry on the beneficial discussion which improves the professional admittance system of prosecutor under the new situation .
