Comparison Of Chinese And Russin Prosecution System

Great progress has been made in the development of prosecution since people' republic of China in 1949. Based on the socialist prosecution system of soviet union, Chinese prosecution system achieves a further development. Having experienced the foundation of new China, the culture revolution, the 30 years of reforming and opening, Chinese prosecution system possesses the characteristics of special Chinese socialism and adapts to the situation of China . The differences from the ways of developmkent and the target of reform between china and russia lead to the considerable discrepancies of two kinds of prosecution system of the two countries. On the basis of the clear distinguishments of historical developments between Chinese and russin prosecution system, the article analyzes the same and different between the two kinds of systems from the following four aspects: the comparisons of the compendiums, the theoretical basis, the prosecuting rights and the reforms of the prosecution systems between China and Russia , with the aim to accelerate Chinese prosecuting reforms towards the correct direction .
