Theory Of Perfect Constitution Supervision System Of Our Country

Since constitution,enacted in 1982,has been in the past 34 years.In the third of the century,the implementation of the constitution is undoubtedly made obvious progress.But it must be admitted that the implementation of the constitution still has some problems,and in order to implement the constitution applied in practice,many scholars make recommendations,and tries to set up perfect constitution supervision system in our country,to ensure that the constitution can play a role in every corner of social life.But the constitution in the main differences between common law is the fundamental solution is that it is a country,therefore,to improve the system of constitutional supervision in our country,should consider the actual situation of our country,is in fact one of the biggest is the leadership of the communist party of China socialist country in China,the citizens in our country’s current constitution consciousness also needs to be improved.So to perfect our system of constitutional supervision is not achieved overnight,but step by step,perfect in stages.The author thinks that in the near future should set up the constitution supervision committee under the National People’s Congress(NPC),the first constitutional supervision work,medium-term goal should be to work in the constitution supervision committee after a period of time,has accumulated considerable experience,and set up the corresponding level in under the local people’s congresses of the constitution supervision committee,to ensure that the constitutional supervision work throughout the country can get really effective to carry out and implement.Into the unified "constitution surveillance law" at the same time,long-term goal is to run in the constitutional supervision committee after a long period of time,constantly improve the detailed rules for the implementation of the constitutional supervision,and timely to consider to the operation mode of the constitution as the center,in order to promote the rule of law civilization to a higher level development of our country.
