The Confession In Civil Action

The prescription in the law of our country to confession is too simple.There is also non clear or detailed prescription in the civil action law.Rule No.52 of civil action law of our country describes as:'the prosecutor can give up or change his appeal,the defendant can admit or disprove his appeal,......'.It's the first rule to appeal confession in our civil action law.It can't describe the abundant connotation of confession system.and can't satisfy the demand of civil action practice.This leads to difficulties and problem in practice process,such as it can't catch up with the developing life,the confession of special party is not clear,the limitation of confession effectiveness is not clear,etc.In order to solve these problems,this essay try to work over the condition of civil action system in our country,its connotation and constitutes,its effectiveness and give some suggestions in improving confession evidence law.
