| Constructing social democratic harmonious society is a significant mission of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. It has distinct value-guiding effect and profound historical significance in pushing forward development of overall society as well as individuals.Harmonious society is a people-oriented society. It takes person as the value core and standard of the whole society. It realizes people's survival, development and value as value of entire society target. The proposition of constructing harmonious society reflects people's ultimate yea pursuit of our community. It also means the ultimate solicitude to commons. The author thinks that we can start with three basics relations to study the ultimate solicitude. Constructing social democratic harmonious society,we should realize harmony between man and nature, satisfying people's needs. We also should realize harmony between person and person, defending and ensuring people's dignity sufficiently. And we must realize harmony between man and society, fully affirming and showing individual values.Ultimate solicitude is a rational value target of constructing harmonious society. It concerns the nature of people's existence. And actual solicitude concerns the concrete existence way. Constructing harmonious society is a long-term natural and historical process, so we must make efforts from the present. This article combines theory with the realistic background of China and discusses how to realize the ultimate solicitude. The primary mission of this article is trying to solve three problems. How to meet the inhabitant's need of city and countryside and make people much happier. How to construct a fair society and practically defend human's dignity. How to realize one's own life value constantly as while as to create the value for the society.
