On Mao Zedong's Ideology Of Social Contradictions Of Socialism And Its Contemporary Values

There are all kinds of social contradictions at every stage in the development of human society. Classical Marxist has made profound analysis of various social contradictions during each period of social development. After the exploration during various periods, the classical Marxists have found the understanding path for the awareness of social contradictions. That is contradictions-basic contradictions-social contradictions. In the history of international communist movement, Mao Zedong was the first to illustrate the ideology of social contradictions of socialism, systematically, theoretically and scientifically. And he had made a unique contribution to the theory of socialism. Mao Zedong put forward the theories of the existence of contradictions in socialist society, the basic contradictions of socialist society, the principal contradiction of socialist society, and the specific contradictions of socialist society. The correct solutions to the people's internal contradiction are main political task of socialist country. All of the above has made the original contribution to Marxism, has enriched the treasure and theory of Marxism and has its contemporary values on today's reform, opening up and socialist modernization construction, particularly for building a socialist harmonious society. As a result, many scholars made discussion about Mao Zedong's ideology of social contradictions of socialism from different perspectives. Some taking Mao Zedong's"CONTRADICTIONS"as the starting point to discuss the solutions to the current social contradictions of China; some begin with his theory of domestic contradictions among people to find solutions to various kinds of current contradictions of China; some have done research on"Top ten relationships", etc. All of these are of great help with our understanding of Mao Zedong's ideology of social contradictions of socialism and the solving of the current social contradictions. However, these studies only cover certain aspect from Mao Zedong's ideology of social contradictions of socialism. It is mainly about the theories of the contradiction of the productive forces and production relations and that of economic base and superstructure, which still exist in the process of social development of socialism in human society. Then absorb Lenin's affirmation that there are still non-antagonistic contradictions in socialism society. And to begin with criticizing Stalin's understanding of the basic appropriateness and inappropriateness in the relationship between production relation and productivity, the author analyzes the thought of contradictions in traditional Chinese cultural theories of "ends", " two ones", " repetitions " "yin and yang ", which had made great influence on the formation of Mao Zedong's ideology of social contradictions of socialism. Finally, the author discusses the influence of Mao Zedong's investigation into the actual situation in China based on China's national conditions and revolution on the formation of his ideology of social contradictions of socialism.In the second part, on the basis of analyzing the formation and development of Mao Zedong's ideology of social contradictions of socialism, the author discusses the main contents in the ideology of social contradictions of socialism, which contains the theories as follows: there are still various kinds of contradictions in socialist society; the basic social contradictions are still the contradiction of production relation and productivity, and the contradiction of economic base and superstructure; the contradictions in socialist society are non-confrontational contradictions which can be adjusted and solved by it self's operational institution; the connotations of the basic social contradictions and the inevitable transition of the main contradictions are objective; the two different types of social contradictions of the socialist society are divided; how to correctly solve the internal contradictions among people is the main national political task; there are also various special contradictions; and find out the solution to the basic contradiction of socialist society and the internal contradiction among people, etc.In the third part, based on the dialectical analysis of the main contents of Mao Zedong's ideology of social contradictions of socialism, the author analyzes Mao Zedong's ideology of social contradictions of socialism, which has enriched and developed Marx's scientific theory of socialism, which serves as the philosophical foundation of China's current reform and construction of socialism, and as a theoretical guide for the construction of democratic politics and provides practical basis for confronting the contradictions, deepening the reform, correcting the definite contraction and properly handling the contradictions among different social classes in the process of constructing socialism and harmonious society.
