People's All-round Development In View Of Scientific Outlook On Development

At all times and in all over the world, a great many of thinkers and philosophers have made studies to investigate and discuss the problem of people's development. There are many brilliant views. However, owing to limitations on history, knowledge and classes, this problem hasn't yet been solved scientifically. Till modern times, Marx and Engels revealed basic disciplines of the development of human society, with the thought of people's all-round development, and pointed out the scientific assertion that the ideal of people's all-round development could only be totally achieved in future communist society.China has entered a new historical stage to build up comprehensively a well-off, and harmonious society. As the comprehensive national strength has been greatly enhanced, substantial progress has been made in reform and opening up, and the people's living standards has been enhanced substantially, there exist some new problems, for instance, the economic structure is not optimized, the distribution relation is not coordinated, the gap between the urban and rural areas is widening, the contradiction of employment is prominent, the pressure from resources and the environment is increasing. Facing with the new situation and tasks in China's economic and social development, in view of various new situations and new problems in the process of development, the Party Central Committee led by the general secretary Hu Jintao, by sizing up the situation and assuming overall situation, has put forward the outlook on scientific development. The Scientific Outlook on Development is a continuation and development of the important thoughts on development advanced by the previous three generations of central collective leadership of the CPC and a concentrated expression of the Marxist world outlook and methodology with regard to development. It is a scientific theory that is in the same line as Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents and keeps up with the times. It is an important guiding principle for China's economic and social development and a major strategic thought that we must uphold and apply in developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. ~â‘ The significant theoretical basis of scientific outlook on development is Marxist's on people's all-round development doctrine, which has been continuously perfected and is promoting the building up a socialist harmonious society. Thus, domestic academic circles have made a lot of study and explored the relationship between scientific outlook on development and people's all-round development, expounded systematically new thoughts as well as new ways to realize people's all-round development so as to promote social all-round progress and deeply discovered the internal logical relationship between scientific outlook on development and people's all-round development.Under the guidance of Marxist Historical materialism and on the research perspective of scientific outlook on development, this paper expounds systematically on three aspects, i.e. introspection on the traditional outlook on development, reflection on the outlook on scientific development; the formation of the comprehensive development of the theory of the true significance and the comprehensive development of the contemporary theory research to reveal significance and value of the scientific outlook on development to promote the comprehensive development, build up a socialist harmonious society. The in-depth study of this issue, is of profound significance to deepen and improve people's all-round development theory itself as well as establish the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.
