On Reconciliation System In China's Administrative Proceedings

It is widely discussed on reconciliation system by academic circles and judges. From the perspective of the necessity of, the significance of and the practicability of establishing such a system in today's china, this thesis analyses the importance of establishing reconciliation system in administrative proceedings by combining theory and practice. The author of this paper puts forward his own tentative plan on the scope of, the principle of and the proceedings of reconciliation system, on the relation between reconciliation and trial, the way of relieving, and the details of the steps on carrying out reconciliation system. The author also suggests that it is urgent to add the specific stipulation about reconciliation system in the process of revising china's administrative proceedings.
