Research On Reconciliation System In The Administrative Proceedings

Reconciliation, the base oh which is the possibility of reconciliation between the parties, should be introduced to the administrative litigation. The author analysis this issues from many angles as follows: the possibility, the basic principles, the cases, the effect of reconciliation, the way to start reconciliation and so on. Reconciliation system should be established under the guidance of its basic principles while be concern with the cases. To a certain extent, reconciliation must have the functions of resolving problems and ending the cases.
