| In recent years,non-public owned enterprises of our country's position and influence strengthen gradually. meanwhile,we also discover that the enterprise crime by taking advantage of duty problems are getting gravely,which we are in urgent need to explore. In the West in Criminology,this one field research belong to the scope of white-collar crime. Enterprise crime by taking advantage of duty has own particularity,which still has the place that many are worthy for to explore. So,The enterprise to undertake a study of job-related crimes which we think has a theoretical and practical significance. Besides, research that non-public-owned enterprises in the prevention of job-related crimes,is regarded as the most important point,because phenomenon grounded in the circumstances, to find its Solutions, and is precisely the purpose of our study. The author adopt "dualism" criminology theory,enterprises of job-related crimes on the internal and external factors were analyzed,and then draw the tactics taking precautions against.
