The Research Of Protection For The Rights Of Personality The Primary And Middle School Students

The psychological problems are usually recognized as the root of the tragedies recently occurred commonly on university students。However,in my point of view, the disharmony in personality should be the root cause。Also the elementary and middle school period is critical for the development of personality.。Therefore I choose this topic here。This passage mainly covers three parts as follows。First,I briefly introduce the basic connotation of the right of personality,it development history and it major theoretical foundation—the core of Kant's ethic thoughts,that is a man itself is the end rather than the means to end for others, namely to respect the human itself。Then the passage elaborates the due rights for school students and the current legal system for it and it analyzes the existing defects in the law protection based on the above explanation。Finally,I post my proposals for the existing legislative model of the right of personality,and the protection for it。The legislative model should combine the specific enumeration with the abstract concepts。Also the claim for the rights and damages on personality should be both incorporated in the protection method。Besides,the abstract rights of personality and sex autonomy should be added in the regulations。...
