Topic Research On Inveigling Detection

Inveigling detection is a widely applied means for special investigation purpose in the judicial practice of many countries. Although not formally adopted in the legal system of China so far, inveigling detection has been broadly used for difficulty cases, which were hard to be detected by traditional means of detection, such as smuggling, drug vender and false currency vender, etc. However, application of inveigling detection also caused some inevitable legal problems, which had become an important question facing the domestic judicial field and laws field. By comparative research of the concept, features and status home and aboard of inveigling detection, this thesis primarily discusses on the relative questions from theoretical angles, such as how to authorize and regulate inveigling detection in legislation, and what are the responsibilities of the inveiglers and the inveiglees.
