On Tempting Detection

The criminal cases become more and more complicated as time passing by because of several reasons since the policy of reform and opening has been taken by China .Not only does the rate of crime arise ,but the types and forms be more intelligent,organize and enshrouded.The traditional passive model of detection fail to meet the needs of detecting crimes and maintaining public order.At the meantime ,the investigation agencies in other nations adjust their thoughts when facing them and invent a new way for detecting :tempting detection .It can sufficiently uncover the crimes in time and get the testimonies directly ,which not rely on high-tech so much.However,there is no relative provisions on tempting detection in Chinese criminal procedural law .After fiding out its features,I will analyse the problems existed in our country'ssystem on the basis of refering to the theory of main countries ruling by law ,to probe a new path for legalization in China.
