Harmonization: Party-masses Relationship

Party-masses relationship is the relationship between the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the masses people of China. CPC is a politic party based on the working class and the most numerous people and, at the same time, it is oriented toward the benefits and welfare of all of them.Since the establishment of CPC, it highly valued the party-masses relationship. At present, in the background of building an all-round well-off society and speeding up socialist modernization, our party brings out the great idea of constructing a socialist harmonious society timely, with which a harmonious party-masses relationship would be the internal requirement.Logically speaking, the harmony of party-masses relationship is based on the inner-party harmony and the harmony within the masses themselves. It is the need of the existence, enhancement and development of our party and is also the guarantee to people's benefits. What is more, it is the internal requirement to construct a harmonious well-off socialist society.Seeking sources of party-masses-relationship-harmonization theory based on party-masses relationship of Marxism and the ever developing party-relationship theories of the four successive generations of leadership of CPC, analyzing the reasons of major existing problems in party-masses relationship, bringing out measures of realizing harmonization of party-masses relationship based on theories and current situations, reinforcing self-construction to realize inner-party harmony, enhancing party's leadership over great masses to realize harmony of the masses, concentrating on institutional improvement and implementing the declared policies to realize harmony of the party and the masses will be the objective of this article.
