Concept of society is people's overall views and fundamental point of society. Before Marxism, the traditional Western concept of society is a entity. In ancient times, entity concept of society mainly displays as holism, in modern times, entity concept of society displays as atomism and organism concept. Entity concept of society is seriously flawed, which split people and society into two parts, and the society is independent from the person's practice, its biggest flaw is the loss of people. Insidiously in modern times, it became the premise of obstacles for man and social development. Marx's social concept develops the good of the traditional concept and discards the bad. It reveals that the social nature is praxis. The scientifically concept of praxis provides a theoretical basis for Marx's social concept changes, and the "real personal" is the Marx's social concept starting point. From the "real personal", Marx correctly explains the origin of society, organism and essence of society, the main body of society, social structure and social laws, and other major social phenomenon issue, and the realization of the concept of social history of great change. Marx's social concept change has important theoretical and practical significance in our current construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
