In the third Chapter, some practical approches and measures are suggested with the experiences of other countries for reference, which include the following points: the clarity of the subject of bribery; the abolishion of the important condition for bribery; the categories of punishment for bribery; the amendments of some relevant regulations on the starting point of punishment for bribery.
