| Adjudicatory supervision procedure is a legal procedure of case flaw relieving, which plays an active role to realize ultimate justice. In China, there exists many problems in adjudicatory supervision procedure, even if it was improved in Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China revised in 2007, the relieving function of the law was influenced for the regulation wasn't detailed and concrete. This thesis was researched from the concept of adjudicatory supervision procedure, and was based on the theory of procedural justice and finality of judgment, in comparison with the relative procedure abroad, the author made a deep analysis to the cause and current problems of china's local procedure situation, and eventually put forward the legal proposal of promoting adjudicatory supervision procedure in china.
