The research of law experts to customary law has been more than decades, so its study of refinement is not only the need of this area to in-depth development, but also the necesarity of pushing forward the development of its overall research. It is no doubt that the period of of the Republic of China between the Qing Dynasty when customary law prosperish and the People's Republic of China when small tradition disppear slowly is an important time to the study of customary law. And the judgement of "customary rules with more regional characteristics" itself contains the necessity of regional studies. The more developed system of employment in Shandong regions provides a lot of convenience to this study of customary law. This paper for the Employment of customary law is a major empirical description and study of exploring, that is to say, introduce many rules of system of employment from the perspective of the small tradition to everyone,and explore the effectiveness of customary law of agriculture employment to some degree, so this paper is divided into three parts:Part 1 is the introduction ,mainly introduce some background knowledge of customary law of agricultural employment, including the research status of domestic law experts, economists and historist to this issue, the significance of this research topics, and the source used by articles of information etc.Part two is the empirical description to the customary law of agricultural employment, including the common customary law of agricultural employment of chapter two and the special customary law of agricultural employment of chapter three:Chapter two mainly describe the background of employment,the type of employment, and places and procedures of employment, time and content of domestic labors and the treatment of employment of five detailed aspects and Chapter three mainly focused on some special systems of the system of employment and tenancy, the system of employment and borrowing, the system of employment and pawning. Part three is used for agriculture employment act of questioning the effectiveness of Inquiry, including the fourth chapter of the national employment law and social status of agriculture and Chapter 5 of the employment villages effect of customary law: As explained in Chapter four the the disadvantaged status of laborus in the relationship of the owner and workers -including the disadvantaged status of legal and social status, had to make labours comply with the customary law of agrecultural employment. In the Chapter five the customary law of agrecultural employment make the owner comply with the norms of customary law through the unique culture of villages in the local community.
