The customary laws that are created by minorities in Guangxi are rich and colorful as themselves .however, the splendid customary laws culture created by ever minority hasn't been paid attention to for a long period because of geographical and cultural hindrances and political closing. In new history age, strong sense of responsibility and intense duty urge us explore this field from a brand-new view .the aim of studying customary laws of minorities in Guangxi is to understand how they had shaped and executed, find out their feature and pattern and learn their effect in national law construction so that put forward problems that produce in the course of national law's implementation in minorities areas and solutions, which will provide basis for communist party and government to make policy in minorities areas and the unify implementation of national laws. This paper has five chapters. By investigating the origin, the development and the implementation of the Shipai laws in the Da-Yao-moutain area, which is situated in the Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County, I want to fine out how Shipai laws play a positive role in the process of interacting with national laws. While promulgating and enforcing the national laws, we should give enough consideration to the customary laws, in order that the primal principles"Insisting on the rule by law identity"and"Giving consideration to the territory of national minority particularity"should be followed. By my research on the Shipai laws, I hope we can make the tradition and the reality interactive, integrate realistic resource, form a law-diversity structure which reduces the conflict between various law cultures to the minimum, and make the ultimate aim of Harmonious society become true.
