Economic crime is a violation of national economic management norms, it will directly undermine economic operation order and the flow of legitimate public and private property, it has a more direct and serious damage to the establishment of the system of market economy and the health of the socio-economic development than ordinary crimes. Faced with economic crimes, legal plays an important role as a normal operation of the final security of social life. Economic crime penalty system is the concrete embodiment that Judges shall be held criminally liable, a very important role of the punishment and prevention of economic crime. Through the realization of such punishment can be an effective prevention of economic crimes, to achieve the purpose of punishment. The fairness, timeliness and economy of economic crime penalty system relations to punish and can better combat economic crime, so as to achieve economic crime prevention and reduction goals.
