The Domain Name & Intellectual Property Protection Under The Environment Of Network

The rapid development of the Internet to the network environment of intellectual property protection has brought unprecedented impact. Cyberspace is a global, interactive and non-jurisdiction of the central features of the network so that the world can not rely solely on a dispute to solve the country, it needs international cooperation and coordination. In this paper, the Domain Name System was a careful analysis, the Domain- Name System is the perfect model of global governance network and have a special significance for intellectual property rights protection system . The article on the first part of the right domain name and domain names start, first of all domain names on the origin of the concept of domain names, domain-level structure, and summed up the legal domain of the four features, and further analysis of the legal nature of the domain names, domain names should be considered as a knowledge ,the scope of an independent property rights, and as the theoretical basis for this article. The second part of domain name disputes causes, and the major categories of domain name disputes were studied. The third part of the Domain Name System was introduced in the status quo. From the perspective of global governance, management of the domain name dispute resolution and the multi-level governance and more latitude. This article is the fourth part of the theoretical innovation - the area's unique domain name from the model of the network environment under the protection of intellectual property rules enacted by the reality of the path chosen. In the post-TRIPS era, in the light of the domain name system management experience and network of its own characteristics to formulate a unified network of intellectual property protection rules forward-looking vision.
