Research On The Strategy Of Dealing With Foreign Country's Countervailing Measures To Our Country

Along with the development of our country's development and the promotion of foreign trade status,also gradually rising in the international economics and trade domain's friction and the dispute,in view of our country trade reliefs and so on product's counter-dumping,counter-subsidy and safeguard mechanism follows on somebody's heels.Many domestic authoritative penal pointed out that the counter-subsidy investigation will become main measures that overseas to China from now on,dealing with the counter-subsidy investigation becomes the delicate matters which Our country Government and the enterprises must face.On the serious situation,it is imperative to carries out the study to the countermeasures.Because the subsidy question often involves to the state economy life in each domain,which is impossible to attend to become very serious,the author will aim at current main aspect which cause the trade friction of subsidy,from current overseas the principal aspect which involves to the Chinese counter-subsidy investigation bureau conducts the research,and proposes the practical and feasible counter measures.This article divides into the following four parts:First,introduced that the international subsidy with the international legal regime,of WTO,with emphasizing "the SCM Agreement" on subsidy recognizing; Next,analyzing our country to deal with the situation which and the legal flaw of presently counter-subsidy aspects;Finally,proposing the dealing with strategy from four aspects such as finance,tax revenue,finance and law proposes and so on.
