Eu Subsidies And Countervailing Legal System Study

Since the first Countervailing investigation on Chinese glossy paper.European union has initiated investigations on Chinese data card and integrated wireless wan successively.It indicates that European union starts to use countervailing actions to protect its community industry. Chinese products may be subjected to more anti-subsidy investigations afterwards .For the protection of our trade interests in EU,The study on the European union countervailing system is valuable in both practice and theory,In order to find feasible countermeasures against the European union countervailing for our government and companies, the paper tries to elaborate the complex countervailing system by studying cases and analyzing European Union countervailing practice.This article includes four parts. the first part retrospects the development history of EU anti-subsidy law.The second part focuses on the implementation of the EU institutions and EU anti-subsidy countervailing substantive and procedural system.and explores the distribution and corporation of these institutions. The third part reviews some representative cases filed by European Union against developing countries,developed countries European Commission。EU Council and the European Union Advisory Committee. revealing an overview of EU anti-subsidy law practice.Finally,this paper provide some legislative proposals and coping strategies for Chinese government and businesses for references.
