In today's context of globalization, with different cultural backgrounds , theexchanges between countries have become increasingly frequent, and they face more and more conflict, confrontation, the threat of war, and even war. Peace, has become the 21st century of human concern the central issue. And how to deal with the relations between different countries that have different cultural background, is the key for world peace.When we inspect the existing thought resources, we will find that, as early as more than 200 years before, Kant first time in philosophy made sense, and demonstrate a "permanent peace" human ideals. Rawls as the most influential contemporary political philosopher, but also to the world of lasting peace as its theory of an important part.In the context of globalization, he had a detailed study for the Possibility between different countries around the world to achieve peace.Although Rawls think hemself as Kant's "modern successor", but his theory of world peace did not fully comply with Kant's ideas. On the one hand, as Kant as the representative of liberalism, Rawls's "The law of people" is based on liberalism, but on the other hand, as Rawls noted that the basic situation of modern society,his world peace theory has a major difference to Kant's theory. Through in-depth analysis the theory of the world peace that of two philosophers, study their similarities and differences with the cause, Trying to find the basic principles of harmony between different countries that have different cultural backgrounds,under conditions of the globalization.
