Study On The Private Right's Protection Of Urban House Breaking And Removing

With the development of city construction and the improvement of living standard, more and more people have their own house, thus, the relationship among urban house breaking and removing is becoming more and more complex. And the process are a series of administrative and civil activities under the instruction of administrative authorities, therefore how to protect private right and settle the interest conflicts in the process of urban house breaking and removing are really important problems.This thesis analyzes the current situations, the interest conflicts and so on about urban house breaking and removing in China. Also, on the base of studying the legislations and practice at home and abroad, the thesis tries to give some suggestions on the difficult issues in the process of urban house breaking and removing.
