Since 70s in the 20th century, the very kinds of microfinance have been already developed widely in Africa, Asia,and Latin America, and until now , it has been become a great international movement.Although, the history of microfinance is only more than ten years, it has been developing quickly in our country. Especially, with comprehensive microfinance developing of project of Rural Credit Cooperative, the microfinance companies ,which are"only loan, no deposit",were built, and civilian capitals were used in the market of microfinance, and addition there were existing of the NGOs microfinance organization, all of them made microfinance developed fast, and the microfinance obtained achievement in anti-poverty and Rural Finance developing from 2005 to 2008.However, the problem of microfinance Supervision is being difficult gradully with the extension of the organizations'scale and diversification of the fund sources. Because the risk of the microfinance is quite different from the adventure of ordinary bank,it has been urgent to solve that how to practice effectively supervision.The object is that the legal problem existing our courty supervision of the microfinance institution. The paper analyses and evaluates the domestic actuality of the microfinance, and based on some countries experiment which have been good developed on microfinance, what's more, it will also put forward perfect consideration for the consummation from lawmaking suggestion for the microfinance institution Supervision in our country.The chapter1 outlines the general situation of microfinance in our country.
