| The fashion industry with a strong foundation and tremendous potential is the low value-added products and cheap labor without a strong brand and recognized fashion in my country only called garment processing power nation. In particular acceding to WTO,with the domestic and international environments being under severe challenge,the protection of intellectual property rights is inseparable for improving the overall level of China's fashion industry and protecting effectively the fashion industries. However,for the legislative level,with the reality being always so fast changing their theory, the intellectual property laws for fashions are "marginal protection targets". This paper tries to focus deeply study on copyright protection, industrial design protection and protection against unfair competition of the fashion. In terms of copyright protection,anglicizing the plane fashion and three-dimensional fashion design,and trying to take "fashion works" as a new intellectual copyright works into the scope of protection; In industrial designs, discussing on infringement exposition of fashion design, overlap of industrial design and copyright protection;In Anti-Unfair Competition,studying on the imitating of designer brands,fashion design and the fashion style,and considering the article 5, paragraph 2 can't regulate fashion imitation demanding to amend and supply in the present Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China.
