With the development of the modern economy, the phenomenon of destroying the wild plants is more and more serious. The study of legislation of real right system of wild plane resources not only promote the distribution and utilization of wild plant recourses but also have important sense of continual development and ecological environments. However, it has many vacancies and deficiencies about ownership of national and usufruct system. As rising demand of the wild plane resources and severity of environment, the study of wild plane resources is more and more necessity.The thesis comprises four chapters.The fist chapter summarizes wild plane resources and the real right of wild plane resources. This chapter started with the conception of wild plane resources and the value of them, discussed the character of wild plane resources. Then it explains the practicality of the object of the real right of wild plane resources. Lastly, it raises the conception of real right of wild plane resources and analyzed differences from the traditional real right.The second chapter explained the actuality of the real right of wild plane of recourses and the problem of it. Though analyzing from the utilization system of wild plane resources and the ownership of wild plane resources, the chapter raised the problem of real right of wild plane resources.The third chapter introduced overseas law systems about wild plane resources including American and Russia. Introducing real right systems of forest resources and protection systems of wild plane resources, it expounds the illumination of real right of wild resources.The fourth chapter made suggestions about real right system of wild plane recourses including ownership system and usufruct system. Firstly, it analyzed the necessity of the real right system of wild plane that was inside reason of perfecting the real right of wild plane resources. Secondly, it ascertained principles of the real right system of wild plane resources that is the base of it. Lastly, it made suggestions about the perfection of real right system of the wild plane resources including realizations of ownerships instauration of usufruct system with logging right picking rights and landscaping right and perfection usufruct system and circulation of usufructuary right.
