Wildlife resources is an important part in the natural ecosystem, and closely related to human existence and development, it plays an important role in our life. At the same time, wildlife resources are capable of great ecological value, economic value, social value in our production and our life. In the protection and rational development the enormous resources, wildlife resources should be actively involved in market competition to address the key issues facing the attribution of property rights. With increasingly severe environmental pressures, clear ownership of wild animal resources in the system become a practical necessity and urgency, in the study of foreign-related legislation and base on ownership of wildlife resources in China's legal system, a comparative study, I hope to learn from foreign advanced legislation, combined with our wildlife resources, features and economic and social development of the situation, explore our wildlife ownership of the system to further improve to ensure the realization of wildlife resources for rational, effective allocation, with a view to promoting China's economy development.In the basic of comparative analysis of articles in a variety of wild animals definitions, we give a clear distinction between wild animals and wild animal resources, and describe the basic characteristics of wild animal resources; by reviewing our wildlife resources and the legislative status quo, the article suggest that the property rights system of Wildlife Resources in legislation lack of technical aspects of legislation; by comparison of the typical state test wildlife protection legislation, we should build the state that it is a diversification of ownership Wildlife Resources property rights system.The writer gives some recommendations on improving the property rights of wildlife resources in China's legal system from the following aspects:First, we shall specifically define wildlife resources, making ownership of wildlife resources can be identified in relevant laws, so that wild animals can be treated differently;Second, we shall build ownership of the state as the main diversification of property rights system of wild animal resources to improve wildlife resources and national ownership system so that the system of ownership of wildlife resources in the implementation process with the practical effectiveness;Third, in order to develop and to use wildlife resources, we shall create standardize the wildlife domestication of system.
