We must not underestimate its influence and destructiveness to criminal justice. To do depth and systematic research on the phenomenon, it is of great significance to its legal regulation and the solution to relevant problems. The article is composed of three parts. The first part will redefine the popular indignation in criminal justice based on other people's achievements; analyze the common and special reasons in our country that cause the popular indignation; and make an objective evaluation on it. The second part will do research on the procedural and substantive problems arising from popular indignation in different stages of criminal justice, and bring forward corrective measure to these problems.
