Harmonious Investigation

As the theory of harmonious society is advocated, the harmonious investigation theory is inevitably requested. This article carries on the theoretical analysis method and borrows the empirical results to elaborate the harmonious investigation issue from three aspects in the point of harmonious theory. Firstly, the basic theory of harmonious investigation which has contained the historical factors and the realistic factors, the system factors and the idea factors; Secondly, the harmonious investigation regards to human rights safeguard, which launches two pair of contradictories, authority's exertion and the authority's control, crime attacking and the human rights safeguard, consummating harmonious investigation measures. Thirdly, the harmonious investigation regards to investigation reconciliation, which explores strongly the investigation reconciliation system, establishing the perfect reconciliation system to adapt practical justice.
