A Study On The Crime Of Loaning

The crime of loaning attracted the attention of the academe since it was established in 1997. This article attempts to probe into the legislative concept, structure and characteristics, research into the problems encountered and a few points worthy of attention in the determination and handling of such crime, discuss the legislative improvement, and put forward a few suggestions, aiming at being helpful for settlement of the related problems.The paper divided itself into four chapters. The first chaper is an general introduction on the crime of loaning. The second chapter discussed the cognizance of the crime of loaning. Chapter three probed into the "intention of detinue". Chapter four put forward a legislative suggestion on the improvement of the crime of loaning, based on an analysis on interrelated legislation.
