A Study On Sports Injuries' Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Colleges And Universities In Fujian Province

In this dissertation,through the way of case,questionnaire investigation,literature and mathematic statistics.120 physical education teachers and 600 Students in 2005,2006 and 2007 in 12 colleges are selected as the subject of investigation by sampling investigation from colleges and univercities in all regions of Fujian province.The conclusions are received through the status quo investigation and statistical analysis.The definition of school sports injuries:school sports injuries are the things which refer to various forms of sports in school,out of school organized by the school,sports competitions, after-school sports training and physical education at school,causing students in a personal injury,as well as causing others personal injury or fatal accidents.According to the degree of severity,school sports injuries are classified as minor injury accident,the general sports injuries and serious injury accidents.According to responsible for the accident,school sports injuries are classified as school responsibility for the accident,students responsibility for the accident,teachers responsibility for the accident and mixed responsibility accident.In the past of three years in college of Fujian province,the injury accident ratio of students is 38.6 percent,in which injury accident in boys significantly is higher than that of girls;junior college students injury accident rate higher than the undergraduate college students;injury accidents occurred most in extra-curricular activities;basketball sports injuries in the accident is the most common sport.The survey of college sports injuries found that there are many reasons for the accident in Fujian province.The first is the mixed responsibility for the accident that accounted for 36.1 percent,the second is school responsibility for the accident that accounted for 26.5 percent,the third is students responsibility for the accident that accounted for 23.7 percent,the fourth is teachers responsibility for the accident that accounted for only 13.7 percent.The characteristics of college sports injuries are such as frequent,latent, complexity,diversity projects and difficult to dealing with in Fujian province.At the same time,it is the time to develope the appropriate prevention,treatment and compensation measures.
